Blowzone is the community wind band for Tavistock in West Devon.

A friendly band whose primary objective is promoting music making in our area.

(A junior wind band connected to Blowzone also rehearse at Tavistock College on Thursdays 3.30pm - 4.30pm in the Music Room.)

Blowzone has a varied repertoire for all ages and abilities and encourages members to improve skills and confidence as well as supporting smaller ensembles within the group.

BLOWZONE'S 10TH BIRTHDAY !
EVENTS 2008/2009
Blowzone will be ten years old on Wednesday 16th September 2009. We will be organising a series of events leading up to our tenth birthday.

RAZZMATAZZ RECORDERS
A new recorder group started last year. We meet every 6 weeks on Sat (2 - 5pm), at 'The Stables' , Whitchurch, Tavistock.

A new orchestra has recently formed in Tavistock.
